Begin by creating an account on the candidate portal and completing our online application. Once submitted, a recruiter will connect with you to discuss your preferences and match you with suitable assignments.

Most assignments span 13 weeks, but durations can vary based on facility needs and your availability.

Do I need a license for each state I work in?

If you're licensed in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, you can practice in other compact states without obtaining additional licenses. For non-compact states, you'll need to secure a license specific to that state.
